1989: Secondary Coach & Kicking Game Coordinator - St Bernards HS, CA

1990-Present: Bill devotes all of his energies to "Coaching Coaches".  Begins Individual Coach Consulting Clinics and In-Service Staff Clinics for High School, Collegiate, and NFL Coaches.  

His First In-Service Clinic was at UCLA on Offensive Line Run Blocks Teaching Progressions and Special Teams Installation and Individual Positions Drill Progression in 1990

The First NFL Staff to bring Bill in was the Dallas Cowboys in 1993
